We fly to Kauai from Los Angeles. It's a six hour flight with little service, on that kind of ageing, cramped plane that you these days only can find when you travel by air in the USA. There aren't many options for flying to Hawaii, and this is the result. We take some comfort in that a bad flight only makes the destination look better.		Vi flyr til Kauai fra Los Angeles. Det er en seks timer lang flytur med lite service og komfort. Nå til dags er det vel bare i USA at du kan fly så langt med så lite plass og så lite underholdning. Konkurransen på flygninger til Hawaii er liten, og da blir det sånn. Men det gjør ingenting. En stusselig flytur gjør det bare enda bedre å komme frem.
