Welcome to Tupiza! This is the Bolivian coat of arms in a fairly home-made edition. The ten stars symbolize the nine current "departamentos" of Bolivia and the one that Chile stole in 1879 ("Litoral"). In the center is the silver mountain in Potosi, the national animal, alpaca, some wheat and a palm tree, showing the varied geography and resources of the country.

And then of course there's a lot of weapons and a condor willing to defend the country and its liberty.
