Iran is just a short bus ride away to the south of Ashgabat, but we're not allowed to go. The closest we get is to have a look at the Iranian Mosque, located in a city block that is pretty much an Iranian enclave in the city. It makes me want to see more.

Iran er bare en kort busstur unna, rett sør for Ashgabat, men vi får ikke lov til å dra dit nå. Det nærmeste vi kommer er en sniktitt inn i den inngjerdede iranske enklaven i byen. Moskéen ser flott ut, og vi får lyst til å reise tilbake til området senere og se mer. |
