Et av de få herbergene for pilgrimer som vi faktisk finner. I utgangspunktet er det slike steder med et mellomrom på cirka en halv til en hel dagsmarsj, men i praksis er de ofte stengte, avsides, vanskelige å finne, og få av de som bor på stedet vet om dem. I Cassio har vi ikke noe valg. Det finnes ingen andre overnattingsmuligheter foruten i skogen. Heldigvis får bartenderen på et vertshus i nærheten tak i menighetens forstander, som dukker opp og låser oss inn.

One of the few pilgrim hostels we actually find. In theory, there are lots of them along the trail, generally with a half or a whole day of walking between them. In real life, though, they're often closed, difficult to find, and people living in the area rarely know where they are or what they're for.

In Cassio we have no choice, there are no other places to sleep except for the woods. Fortunately, the bartender in a nearby roadhouse phones the keymaster, who soon shows up and opens the doors for us.
