I ate all the bacon onboard the cruise ship, so we were all standing on the top deck chanting "Bacon! Bacon!" when we spotted a supply truck come up to the ship in La Romana. Unfortunately, all we got was water melon and cabbage.

Anyway, this photo illustrates the most horrible tourist trait I know of: People barely holding a camera or a tablet out over some long fall, without using a safety strap! My pulse runs off past 200 just looking at it. Death by coconut is the lead cause of tourist fatalities in Thailand. How many people, and fish, must die before we put an end to this disgrace?

Jeg kom i skade for å spise opp all baconen på skipet, så når vi ser en bil med forsyninger begynne å lesse av lasten sin roper vi alle "Bacon! Bacon!". Men alt vi får er vannmelon og kålrot.

Det jeg vil vise med dette bildet er en avskyelig praksis blant turister: Holding av kamera eller nettbrett ut over gelender for å ta et dårlig bilde, med stor fare for at kamera eller nettbrett faller ned og forsvinner. Kokosnøtt er den vanligste årsaken til død blant turister i Thailand. Hvor mange mennesker, eller fisk, må dø før vi får et forbud mot fotografering over rekka på skip?
